Withdrawal of the Student from School
WITHDRAWAL OF THE STUDENT FROM SCHOOL
One clear calendar month's notice in writing or a month's fees in lieu of such notice must be given before a pupil can be withdrawn.
If a child is withdrawn immediately after admission a month's fees and a month's proportionate annual charges are to be paid.
Those that leave the school in May must in all cases, pay the fees for the month of June.
Transfer certificate will not be issued until all dues of the school are settled.
Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds.
Resident student will not be allowed to switch over from residential status to day scholar status. Only in cases, where parents are transferred to BALRAMPUR such application will be entertained with documentary evidence.
In-case after admission of resident student, parents wish to withdraw, in such cases the balance imprest amount will be refunded and after deducting two months boarding fee the balance will be refunded.
Indiscipline
Unsatisfactory progress in academics.
Keeping Mobile Phone with them in school premises.
Detention or repeated detentions in a class. As a rule only those students will be retained on the roll of this school who has taken the school leaving examination and are under 18 years of age.
